My Story
Transformation and the bottleneck
"Twig"
I made a lot of mistakes.
During this part of my story, I was called twig legs
because of how skinny I was.
I tried to stay skinny to stay competitive for track.
This was the beginning of my lifting journey;
a very inconsistent one,
training roughly 3 times a week here and there.
"Slim"
This was the phase where I learned enough mechanics
about growing my muscles, but I wasn't consistent in
fueling and frequency, which bottlenecked me. I was
limited by other peoples' splits and meal plans.
I was no longer a twig, but I was still slim.
"Boulder Shoulders"
This was my breakout phase. I took everything I learned
from trial and error, then I put them into a plan and
practice. I remember a friend of mine who hadn't seen
the process called me "boulder shoulders."
That was the testament to how much my principles
and discipline moved waves for me, but there was
still something holding me back...

All of my principles are verified by scientific research such as:
